Adult Therapy
Therapy should be treated as a safe space to confide in a professional who can help you find insight into problematic patterns of behavior, increase your ability to take perspective, and understand how previous life experiences shape who you are today. My style with working with adults involves creating a warm and caring therapeutic relationship that is built on trust, an easygoing feel, and sincerity.
In my work with adult patients I create a safe, judgment-free space through empathy, compassion, and objectivity, where they can freely process their feelings and begin the path to change. My style is psychodynamic, and I use a collaborative approach to try to understand the root of the problem, the problem itself, and then support my patients to create a plan on how to address the problem in the most effective way.
Together we can figure out what might be getting in the way of you having the life that you hope for but struggle to achieve.
